  • Damage caused by commercial use or use other than normal.
  • Damage caused by repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Golden Technologies, Inc.
  • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred in repair of the product unless specifically authorized by Golden Technologies, Inc. This warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement part installation.
  • Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Liabilities for consequential damage are excluded.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

To obtain warranty parts and service, you must have a warranty registration card filed with Golden Technologies. Contact your Golden Technologies authorized dealer for service.

The warranty period commences on the purchase date from the seller/dealer. If the product is rented or otherwise not sold to the consumer, the warranty commences on the invoice date from Golden Technologies.

Shipping Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, please allow 4-5 days for delivery, with most orders arriving within 5-8 business days from the order date.

We ship most items using standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States is not available.

We make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, though occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, if the following requirements are met:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be returned using the original packaging.
  • The product must have all parts, accessories, and paperwork included.

Standard shipping and special delivery options, such as inside delivery fees and White Glove fees, are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized in advance. To initiate a return, contact us at info@mobilitycreations.com or call (833)-638-6660 with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Some manufacturers may impose return fees ranging from 5%-25%, which we are required to pass on to you. We will evaluate each return individually and strive to minimize these fees whenever possible.

Certain brands have specific return policies, and some items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items include all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products, unless the product is defective.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

    Exchanges

    The simplest way to initiate an exchange is to first return the original item(s). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please be aware that return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.     If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if the product is not functioning as intended after opening the package, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.     It’s not very often I will write a review about a company that has impressed me, however, this company is an exception! It exceeded all expectations by a long shot.

    My journey started when I had a knee replaced and quickly discovered the need for a Lift Chair. I researched Lift Chairs for hours and finally came up with “Pride Mobility Vivalift Ultra” in Sorrento Leather as the chair I desired. I went from website to website looking for the best price and found Mobility Creations as the winner. Next, I checked BBB and other online checks of the company, all resulting in positive reviews.
    On Friday I pulled the trigger and in five days, (the following Wednesday) I was lounging comfortably in my new chair. By the way this chair is absolutely amazing, comfortable, beautiful and can do just about anything but pour my wine.

    During those five days from order to delivery, I was contacted directly by Jordan (one of the owners) several times. 1st communication was to insure my order was correct, 2nd communication letting me know it was shipped, 3rd communication letting me know the day it will be delivered, 4th communication making sure I was satisfied with the chair, and 5th communication letting me know if I had an issue, to call him directly so they could resolve the issue ASAP whether it was parts, operation questions, advice or service.
