Q1: Does my scooter arrive fully assembled?
Your scooter arrives almost fully assembled. You will need to attach a few remaining parts upon delivery.

Q2: Can my scooter go on an airplane or cruise?
Yes. The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery is travel-approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Always check with your airline or cruise line for their specific regulations before traveling.

Q3: I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my scooter?
Yes. You can manually push the scooter. Turn off the power and disengage the motor by pulling the levers to the unlocked position. This sets the scooter to freewheel mode.

Q4: Does the armrest raise?
Yes. Both armrests can be raised for easier access and to allow the scooter to move closer to a table.

Q5: How do I charge the battery?
The lithium-ion battery can be charged directly on the scooter. Charging an empty battery takes 6-8 hours. If partially charged, the time will be less. Unplug the charger from the battery and power outlet once fully charged.

Q6: Does my scooter come with a warranty?
Yes. The Z-4 scooter includes a standard 3-year frame warranty, and 1-year warranties for the motor, battery, and electronic parts.

Q7: Can I use my scooter on dirt and grass?
Yes. The Z-4 can handle low grass and compacted dirt with ease.

Q8: Where can I find the serial number of my scooter?
The serial number is located on the frame near the footrest, in the product manual, and on the shipping box.

Shipping Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, please allow 4-5 days for delivery, with most orders arriving within 5-8 business days from the order date.

We ship most items using standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States is not available.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, if the following requirements are met:

    It’s not very often I will write a review about a company that has impressed me, however, this company is an exception! It exceeded all expectations by a long shot.

    My journey started when I had a knee replaced and quickly discovered the need for a Lift Chair. I researched Lift Chairs for hours and finally came up with “Pride Mobility Vivalift Ultra” in Sorrento Leather as the chair I desired. I went from website to website looking for the best price and found Mobility Creations as the winner. Next, I checked BBB and other online checks of the company, all resulting in positive reviews.
    On Friday I pulled the trigger and in five days, (the following Wednesday) I was lounging comfortably in my new chair. By the way this chair is absolutely amazing, comfortable, beautiful and can do just about anything but pour my wine.
