The quality and construction seems great. I haven't really put the batteries to the test yet, but they performed as expected around the neighborhood. It is comfortable and very easy to fold-up. It is really heavy though still - it can hold a lot of weight, so it has to be pretty well built and that adds weight. Still about a third of what my old chair weighed though. Also be aware - if you are moving from a center-wheel drive powerchair to a rear-wheel drive it simply can't maneuver as well as that larger center-wheeled version. It is all about physics. It will take some getting used to and you will need a larger turning radius. I was also disappointed by a few of the accessories - the seat belt as very small and obviously not made for a bariatric wheelchair. Second, some of the accessories were not compatible with the wheelchair. Seemed odd that they were included, though they were "free." Overall though, this is a really solid chair if you are looking for a folding chair to be more easily portable.

I’ve been using the Go-Go Sport for a few weeks now, and it’s been fantastic. The scooter is sturdy, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. It’s easy to disasemble and fits perfectly in my car trunk. I’m very happy with this purchase.​

I’ve had my Victory 10 for about a month now and it’s been a game changer. I mostly use it for getting around the neighborhood and trips to the grocery store. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and surprisingly smooth on uneven sidewalks. I really like the swivel seat makes getting on and off way easier for me with my hip issues. Battery lasts me several days before I have to plug it in. Worth every penny!

I love this gait walker!!! This walker has given my family member the freedom and safety they needed to take those first steps on their own. This gait walker is unlike any other. It offers a harness system to ensure your loved one's safety. The harness can be tightened or loosened according to their skills and ability. The joystick and control arm can be programed for speed and the operator has the ability to go forward, backwards and side to side. This is the most amazing and unique gait walker I have seen. I did very long research before deciding on this one. For indoor use you might find it a bit bulky, but for outdoor it ticks all the boxes. Very powerful and easy to manuvier, I’ve used it on different terrains without any issues. I highly recommend this scooter if you’re looking for outdoor performance.

Recently purchased a lift chair. It was delivered this week, but sadly had a tear on one side. I contacted my sales rep Jordan, sent pics, and within a day was informed a new chair would be arriving soon. Except for this small tear, the chair is otherwise perfect. Very sturdy and comfortable. Because it is a higher chair, I don’t need the lift function, like I did with the chair I’m replacing. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.
