Shipping Costs:

  • We offer Free Shipping to All Continental US States.
  • For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us.

Order Confirmation

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, confirming that we've received it and pre-authorized your credit card.
  • We will check the product’s availability for immediate packaging and shipping.
  • If the product is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you via phone or email.

Processing Time

  • After confirming stock availability, we will begin processing your order.
  • Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

    • The typical shipping time to receive your order is 4-5 business days after it has been shipped from the warehouse.
    • Total delivery time: 5-8 business days

      Order Tracking:

      • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. Please note that it might take 24-48 hours for the tracking system to update.
      • Orders will typically be shipped with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If you have a FedEx, UPS, or USPS account, you can update your order through FedEx Delivery Manager, UPS My Choice, or USPS Mobile.

      Shipping Restrictions:

      • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States.
      • Ensure you provide a valid physical address during checkout to facilitate smooth delivery.

      • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check with your local carrier first, as delays may occur, especially during busy seasons.
      • If the order is still unlocated, contact our customer service for assistance.

      NOTE: The majority of our products are delivered via freight trucks (18-wheelers). It is important to verify that these trucks can access your shipping location. If not, you may need to arrange to meet the driver at a location accessible by an 18-wheeler.
