Yes. The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery is approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Contact your airline or cruise line beforehand to confirm their travel battery regulations.
Q4: Is it possible for my wheelchair to automatically fold while I'm in the chair?
Technically, yes. However, the folding function requires a two-step process on the controller to prevent accidental folding while in use. Only the chair operator should use the controls.
Q5: I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair?
Yes. The IQ-7000 wheelchair can be used manually. Turn off the power, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers, allowing free-wheel mode.
Q6: Does my remote control come paired with my chair?

Yes. Press the (+) key on the controller until you reach top speed, hold it until the amber light appears, then press the horn button. Repeat to restore the beeping sound.

Yes. Both armrests raise to allow easier transfers or to push the chair closer to a table.
Q9: How do I charge the battery?
The battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. Charging takes 6-8 hours for an empty battery, less if partially charged. Unplug the charger when fully charged.
Q10: Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?
Yes. The controller is set up on the right side but can easily be moved to the left side.
