  • The phoenix comes with a standard 1-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.

Q1: Can I turn my wheelchair on or off with the remote control?
No. The wheelchair’s power must be turned on before the remote control is activated. This ensures proper pairing between the controller and the chair.

Q2: Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?
Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. You will need to attach a few remaining parts upon delivery.

Q3: Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?
Yes. The 6.6AH (158.4WH) lithium-ion battery is travel-approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Always confirm the battery regulations with your airline or cruise line before traveling.

Q4: I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair?
Yes. You can manually push the wheelchair. Turn off the power and disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to unlock them, setting the wheelchair to freewheel mode.

Q5: Does my remote control come paired with my chair?
Yes. The remote control comes pre-paired with your chair.

Q6: Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing?
Yes. To silence the beep, press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed. Hold the button until the amber light appears on the display. Quickly press the horn button to stop the beep. Repeat to reactivate the sound.

Q7: Does the armrest raise?
Yes. Both armrests can raise for easier access or to allow the chair to move closer to a table.

Q8: How do I charge the battery?
The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. Charging an empty battery takes 6-8 hours. Unplug the charger when fully charged.

Q9: Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?
Yes. While the controller is initially set up on the right side, it can easily be moved to the left.

Shipping

Returns
