FreeRider Healthcare warranties the frame of its mobility scooters under normal use for a period of 3 years (36 months). FreeRider Healthcare will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any warrantable frame that fails within the warranty period.

1 Year (12 Months) Motor, Transaxle, Brake Assembly, & Electrical Components

FreeRider Healthcare warranties the motor, transaxle, brake assembly, and electronics of the mobility scooters under normal use for a period of 1 year (12 months). FreeRider Healthcare will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any warrantable motor, transaxle, brake assembly, or electronics component that fails within the warranty period.

1 Year (12 Months) Lithium Batteries (Purchased with Units)

FreeRider Healthcare warranties the lithium batteries of the mobility scooters under normal use for a period of 1 year (12 months). FreeRider Healthcare will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any warrantable lithium battery that fails within the warranty period.

6 Months Limited Warranty on All Parts Below

FreeRider Healthcare warranties all plastic parts (tiller clamp, chassis hooks, trigger, tiller lever, etc., excluding all electrical parts and the motor) of the mobility scooters under normal use for a period of 30 days. FreeRider Healthcare will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any warrantable plastic parts classified as having a manufacturer defect within the warranty period of 30 days.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, please allow 3-4 business days for delivery, with most orders arriving within 4-7 business days from the order date.

We ship most items using standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States is not available.

We make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, though occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, if the following requirements are met:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be returned using the original packaging.
  • The product must have all parts, accessories, and paperwork included.
