While hitch-mounted lifts require little-to-no work while operating the lift, there are certain steps that must be completed in order to ensure your mobility device is secured for travel:

  • Walking from the front to the rear of the vehicle and back again
  • Standing up to three minutes while the lift operates
  • Steer or push the mobility device on/off the platform
  • Fold down the seat back of the mobility device or scooter tiller until it is in its most compact position
  • Insert the key and rotate it 90 degrees to turn on and activate the lift
  • Apply pressure to hold the up/down toggle switch while the lift operates
  • For Retractors: Connect the hook to the location on the mobility device and pull strap end or turn knob to increase tension (single and dual-hand retractors available)

Shipping Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, please allow 4-5 days for delivery, with most orders arriving within 5-8 business days from the order date.

We ship most items using standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States is not available.

We make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, though occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, if the following requirements are met:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be returned using the original packaging.
  • The product must have all parts, accessories, and paperwork included.

Standard shipping and special delivery options, such as inside delivery fees and White Glove fees, are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized in advance. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Some manufacturers may impose return fees ranging from 5%-25%, which we are required to pass on to you. We will evaluate each return individually and strive to minimize these fees whenever possible.

Certain brands have specific return policies, and some items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items include all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products, unless the product is defective.

    Return Shipping

    Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

    Exchanges

    If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if the product is not functioning as intended after opening the package, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
