  • Afikim Electric Vehicles Warranty Policy
    Afikim Electric Vehicles hereby warrants, guarantees, and undertakes responsibility to replace, free of charge, defective parts or items found upon examination by an authorized representative to be faulty in material and/or workmanship according to the policy outlined below.
  • Lifetime Warranty
    For the lifetime of the product from the date of delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace free of charge the following metal parts: main frame, seat post, and tiller metal parts.
  • Two-Year Warranty
    For two (2) years from the date of delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace free of charge the following parts: power unit (motor, transaxle, and EMB), controller, charger, harnesses, electronic sub-assemblies (boards, sensors, switches, potentiometer, fuses), gas piston, and brakes.
  • One-Year Warranty
    For one (1) year from the date of delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace free of charge the following parts: bearings, bushings, shock absorbers, and seat.
  • Warranty Exclusions
    This warranty does not cover items requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, including plastic shrouds, motor brushes, brake pads, tires and tubes, bulbs and lights, upholstery, rust, noises, and circumstances beyond the control of the manufacturer.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, please allow 3-4 business days for delivery, with most orders arriving within 4-7 business days from the order date.

We ship most items using standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States is not available.

We make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, though occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, if the following requirements are met:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be returned using the original packaging.
  • The product must have all parts, accessories, and paperwork included.

Standard shipping and special delivery options, such as inside delivery fees and White Glove fees, are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized in advance. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Some manufacturers may impose return fees ranging from 5%-25%, which we are required to pass on to you. We will evaluate each return individually and strive to minimize these fees whenever possible.

Certain brands have specific return policies, and some items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items include all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products, unless the product is defective.

    Return Shipping

    Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

    Exchanges

    The simplest way to initiate an exchange is to first return the original item(s). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Cancellations

    If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if the product is not functioning as intended after opening the package, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
