Warranty Details

Lifetime Warranty

Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame. This warranty ensures that these components will be free from defects under normal use for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner.

Coverage:
- Lift and scissor mechanisms against:
  - Metal fatigue
  - Defective welds
  - Bushings
Service Availability: Lifetime for the original owner.
Important Notes:
- Pride reserves the right to replace only the defective part of the lift and scissor mechanism, scissor(s), or lift frame due to workmanship issues.
- Misuse and/or abuse are excluded from warranty.
- Power Lift Recliner model numbers may include prefixes or suffixes (e.g., LC, NM, SR, or S, M, L, PW). Refer to the numeric portion of the model for warranty applicability.
Exclusions:
- Models 102, 105, 106, 107, 250, and 358XXL are covered under separate warranties.
- Exceeding the specified weight capacity voids the power lift recliner warranty.

Seven-Year Pro-Rated Limited Warranty

Applicable to Heritage, Infinity, and Oasis Collections
(Elegance Collection and 108 in Canada only)

Full Warranty (First Four Years)

For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace (at its option) any of the following parts found defective in material or workmanship upon examination by an authorized representative:

Pro-Rated Warranty (Years 5-7)

For the next three (3) years, a pro-rated warranty is available for the same components.

Schedule:
- Fifth Year: 25% off suggested retail price
- Sixth Year: 15% off suggested retail price
- Seventh Year: 5% off suggested retail price

Warranty Conditions

Warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from using non-Pride original parts or parts not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 3 to 4 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 4 to 7 total days from the day of purchase.

We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, provided it is unused, returned in the original packaging, and includes all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Standard shipping and special delivery fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mobilitycreations.com or call (833)-638-6660 with your name, order number, and reason for the return; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Some manufacturers may impose a return fee of 5%-25%, which we must pass on to you; we strive to minimize these fees whenever possible.

Please note, certain brands and items such as all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, Pride Mobility Lift Chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products are non-returnable unless defective.

Exchanges

The simplest way to initiate an exchange is to first return the original item(s). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please be aware that return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply. If you made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@mobilitycreations.com, through the chat in the bottom right corner, or by calling us at (833)-638-6660.

Damages and Defects

If you receive a damaged shipment, please document this on the freight delivery record and take pictures of the damages. Keep all packaging and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise at info@mobilitycreations.com or call our support team at (833)-638-6660.

If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if the product is not functioning as intended after opening the package, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Please provide proof of the issues with either pictures or videos to this email: info@mobilitycreations.com, or call our support team at (833)-638-6660. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.

It’s not very often I will write a review about a company that has impressed me, however, this company is an exception! It exceeded all expectations by a long shot.

My journey started when I had a knee replaced and quickly discovered the need for a Lift Chair. I researched Lift Chairs for hours and finally came up with “Pride Mobility Vivalift Ultra” in Sorrento Leather as the chair I desired. I went from website to website looking for the best price and found Mobility Creations as the winner. Next, I checked BBB and other online checks of the company, all resulting in positive reviews.
On Friday I pulled the trigger and in five days, (the following Wednesday) I was lounging comfortably in my new chair. By the way this chair is absolutely amazing, comfortable, beautiful and can do just about anything but pour my wine.
