Six-Month Warranty

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not warranted by Pride. Note: To ensure warranty coverage, maintain battery charge by charging weekly for 24 hours.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear:
    • ABS Plastic Shrouds
    • Motor Brushes
    • Upholstery and Seating
    • Brake Pads
    • Tires and Tubes
    • Fuses/Bulbs
  • Other Exclusions:
    • Circumstances beyond Pride's control
    • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges unless authorized by Pride
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Exclusions for Damage or Failure Due to:

  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Battery fluid spillage or leakage
  • Use beyond design specifications
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

Notes:

  • Increased operational noise in the transaxle or gradual deterioration due to heavy use is not covered.

Service Checks and Warranty Service

Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage are the purchaser's responsibility. Contact your authorized Pride Provider for current service visit costs.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This is the exclusive remedy, and liabilities for consequential damages are excluded.

Note: Some states may not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of damages. This warranty applies to products sold in the United States.

Shipping

After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 3 to 4 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 4 to 7 total days from the day of purchase.

We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Returns
