13-Month Battery Warranty

Pride Batteries are covered by a thirteen (13) month warranty from the initial date of consumer purchase or rental. Pride Mobility will replace batteries supplied by Pride if found defective by an authorized Pride Provider.

Note: Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to extended discharge, exposure to cold, or heavy use is not covered. Refer to the Lithium Warranty Insert for Lithium-ion battery warranty information.

Limited Warranty Exclusions

The warranties listed above do not cover items that may need replacement due to normal wear and tear, such as:

  • ABS Plastic Shrouds
  • Motor Brushes
  • Upholstery and Seating
  • Brake Pads
  • Tires and Tubes
  • Fuses/Bulbs

Exclusions also include:

  • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges unless authorized by Pride in advance.
  • Repairs or modifications unless specifically authorized by Pride.
  • Damage from parts or accessories not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.
  • Contamination, abuse, misuse, negligence, or commercial use.
  • Battery fluid spillage, leakage, improper storage, or operation.
  • Acts of God or Nature.

Note: Deterioration from extended discharge, cold exposure, or heavy use is not covered.

Service Checks and Warranty Service

Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts without prior written authorization from Pride. Transportation and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Failure to follow instructions, warnings, and notes in the owner’s manual and on the Pride product may result in personal injury, product damage, and void Pride’s warranty.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Other implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy, and liabilities for consequential damages are excluded.

The limited warranties provide specific rights, and additional rights may vary by state, which could include warranties that cannot be limited or exclusions for incidental or consequential damages.

Shipping

After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 3 to 4 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 4 to 7 total days from the day of purchase.

We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, provided it is unused, returned in the original packaging, and includes all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Standard shipping and special delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Some manufacturers may impose a return fee of 5%-25%, which we must pass on to you; we strive to minimize these fees whenever possible.

Please note, certain brands and items such as all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, Pride Mobility Lift Chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products are non-returnable unless defective.

    Exchanges

    The simplest way to initiate an exchange is to first return the original item(s). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Cancellations
