Lifetime Limited Warranty

For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at no charge, any of the following parts found to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Structural Frame Components:

- Fork
- Seat Post
- Tiller Frame

Two-Year Limited Warranty

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at no charge, any of the following parts found to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Mechanical Parts:
- Transaxle
- Brake
- Bushings
- Bearings
- Motor Brake (electronic function only)
Electronic Assemblies:
- Electronic Controllers
- Chargers
- Harnesses
- Any Other Electrical Subassembly

Six-Month Warranty

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not warranted by Pride. Note: To ensure warranty coverage, maintain battery charge by charging weekly for 24 hours.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear:
- ABS Plastic Shrouds
- Motor Brushes
- Upholstery and Seating
- Brake Pads
- Tires and Tubes
- Fuses/Bulbs
Other Exclusions:
- Circumstances beyond Pride's control
- Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges unless authorized by Pride
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Exclusions for Damage or Failure Due to:

Contamination
Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
Battery fluid spillage or leakage
Use beyond design specifications
Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

Notes:

Increased operational noise in the transaxle or gradual deterioration due to heavy use is not covered.

Service Checks and Warranty Service

Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage are the purchaser's responsibility. Contact your authorized Pride Provider for current service visit costs.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This is the exclusive remedy, and liabilities for consequential damages are excluded.

Note: Some states may not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of damages. This warranty applies to products sold in the United States.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 3 to 4 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 4 to 7 total days from the day of purchase.

We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, provided it is unused, returned in the original packaging, and includes all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Standard shipping and special delivery fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mobilitycreations.com or call (833)-638-6660 with your name, order number, and reason for the return; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Some manufacturers may impose a return fee of 5%-25%, which we must pass on to you; we strive to minimize these fees whenever possible.

Please note, certain brands and items such as all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, Pride Mobility Lift Chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products are non-returnable unless defective.

Exchanges

The simplest way to initiate an exchange is to first return the original item(s). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please be aware that return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply. If you made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@mobilitycreations.com, through the chat in the bottom right corner, or by calling us at (833)-638-6660.

Damages and Defects

If you receive a damaged shipment, please document this on the freight delivery record and take pictures of the damages. Keep all packaging and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise at info@mobilitycreations.com or call our support team at (833)-638-6660.

If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if the product is not functioning as intended after opening the package, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Please provide proof of the issues with either pictures or videos to this email: info@mobilitycreations.com, or call our support team at (833)-638-6660. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.
