Your scooter arrives almost fully assembled. You will need to attach a few remaining parts upon delivery.
Q2: Can my scooter go on an airplane or cruise?
Yes. The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery is travel-approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Always check with your airline or cruise line for their specific regulations before traveling.
Q3: I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my scooter?
Yes. You can manually push the scooter. Turn off the power and disengage the motor by pulling the levers to the unlocked position. This sets the scooter to freewheel mode.
Q4: Does the armrest raise?
Yes. Both armrests can be raised for easier access and to allow the scooter to move closer to a table.
Q5: How do I charge the battery?
The lithium-ion battery can be charged directly on the scooter. Charging an empty battery takes 6-8 hours. If partially charged, the time will be less. Unplug the charger from the battery and power outlet once fully charged.

Yes. The Z-4 scooter includes a standard 3-year frame warranty, and 1-year warranties for the motor, battery, and electronic parts.
