Warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from the use of parts or accessories that are not Pride original parts purchased through an authorized Pride provider.
Pride Batteries are covered by a thirteen (13) month warranty from the initial date of consumer purchase or rental. Pride Mobility will replace batteries supplied by Pride if found defective by an authorized Pride Provider.
Note: Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to extended discharge, exposure to cold, or heavy use is not covered. Refer to the Lithium Warranty Insert for Lithium-ion battery warranty information.
The warranties listed above do not cover items that may need replacement due to normal wear and tear, such as:

Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts without prior written authorization from Pride. Transportation and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Failure to follow instructions, warnings, and notes in the owner’s manual and on the Pride product may result in personal injury, product damage, and void Pride’s warranty.
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Other implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy, and liabilities for consequential damages are excluded.
The limited warranties provide specific rights, and additional rights may vary by state, which could include warranties that cannot be limited or exclusions for incidental or consequential damages.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, please allow 3-4 business days for delivery, with most orders arriving within 4-7 business days from the order date.
We ship most items using standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States is not available.

Standard shipping and special delivery options, such as inside delivery fees and White Glove fees, are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized in advance. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Some manufacturers may impose return fees ranging from 5%-25%, which we are required to pass on to you. We will evaluate each return individually and strive to minimize these fees whenever possible.
Certain brands have specific return policies, and some items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items include all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products, unless the product is defective.
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.
