Pride Mobility will repair or replace, at its option, any fixed-position seat post found to be defective in material or workmanship. This coverage is available to the original purchaser for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

13-Month Limited Warranty (2-Year Limited Warranty in Canada)

For thirteen (13) months (or two [2] years in Canada), Pride Mobility will repair or replace, at its option, any of the following parts found to be defective in material or workmanship:

13-Month Battery Warranty

Pride Mobility batteries are covered for thirteen (13) months from the initial date of purchase or rental. If found defective by an authorized Pride Provider, the batteries will be replaced.

Exclusions:

  • Gradual performance deterioration due to improper charging, cold storage, or heavy use is not covered.
  • For lithium-ion battery warranty details, refer to the Lithium Warranty Insert.

Limited Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Wear and Tear Items:

    • ABS plastic shrouds
    • Motor brushes
    • Upholstery and seating
    • Brake pads
    • Tires and tubes
    • Fuses/bulbs
  • Other Exclusions:

    • Labor, service calls, shipping, and repair costs unless authorized in advance by Pride Mobility.
    • Repairs or modifications not authorized by Pride.
    • Non-original Pride parts or accessories.
  • Damage Caused by:

    • Contamination
    • Abuse, misuse, or negligence (e.g., severe impact or crushing).
    • Battery fluid spillage or leakage.
    • Commercial or non-standard use.
    • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage.
    • Acts of God or Nature.

Note: Gradual performance deterioration of the battery due to misuse or neglect is not covered.

Service Checks and Warranty Service

Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts without prior written authorization from Pride. The purchaser is responsible for transportation costs and any shipping damage incurred. Failure to follow the product’s instructions and warnings may result in injury or product damage, voiding the warranty.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Liabilities for consequential damages under any warranty are excluded.

Note: Warranty rights may vary by state, and additional protections may apply based on local laws.

Shipping Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, please allow 4-5 days for delivery, with most orders arriving within 5-8 business days from the order date.

We ship most items using standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States is not available.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, if the following requirements are met:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be returned using the original packaging.
  • The product must have all parts, accessories, and paperwork included.

Standard shipping and special delivery options, such as inside delivery fees and White Glove fees, are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized in advance. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Some manufacturers may impose return fees ranging from 5%-25%, which we are required to pass on to you. We will evaluate each return individually and strive to minimize these fees whenever possible.

Certain brands have specific return policies, and some items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items include all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products, unless the product is defective.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

    Exchanges

    The simplest way to initiate an exchange is to first return the original item(s). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please be aware that return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.     Damages and Defects

    If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if the product is not functioning as intended after opening the package, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.     Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, typically within 4-7 business days, you will be notified of the status.     It’s not very often I will write a review about a company that has impressed me, however, this company is an exception! It exceeded all expectations by a long shot.

    My journey started when I had a knee replaced and quickly discovered the need for a Lift Chair. I researched Lift Chairs for hours and finally came up with “Pride Mobility Vivalift Ultra” in Sorrento Leather as the chair I desired. I went from website to website looking for the best price and found Mobility Creations as the winner. Next, I checked BBB and other online checks of the company, all resulting in positive reviews.
    On Friday I pulled the trigger and in five days, (the following Wednesday) I was lounging comfortably in my new chair. By the way this chair is absolutely amazing, comfortable, beautiful and can do just about anything but pour my wine.
