    Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame. This warranty ensures that these components will be free from defects under normal use for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner.

    • Coverage:

      • Lift and scissor mechanisms against:
        • Metal fatigue
        • Defective welds
        • Bushings
    • Service Availability: Lifetime for the original owner.

    • Important Notes:

      • Pride reserves the right to replace only the defective part of the lift and scissor mechanism, scissor(s), or lift frame due to workmanship issues.
      • Misuse and/or abuse are excluded from warranty.
      • Power Lift Recliner model numbers may include prefixes or suffixes (e.g., LC, NM, SR, or S, M, L, PW). Refer to the numeric portion of the model for warranty applicability.
    • Exclusions:

      • Models 102, 105, 106, 107, 250, and 358XXL are covered under separate warranties.
      • Exceeding the specified weight capacity voids the power lift recliner warranty.

    For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace (at its option) any of the following parts found defective in material or workmanship upon examination by an authorized representative:

    • Transformer/Control Boxes

    Pro-Rated Warranty (Years 5-7)

    For the next three (3) years, a pro-rated warranty is available for the same components.

      • Fifth Year: 25% off suggested retail price
      • Sixth Year: 15% off suggested retail price
      • Seventh Year: 5% off suggested retail price

    Warranty Conditions

    • Warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from using non-Pride original parts or parts not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.

    Shipping Time

    Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, please allow 4-5 days for delivery, with most orders arriving within 5-8 business days from the order date.

    We ship most items using standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States is not available.

    Returns

    If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund, if the following requirements are met:

    • Product must be unused.
    • Product must be returned using the original packaging.
    • The product must have all parts, accessories, and paperwork included.

    Standard shipping and special delivery options, such as inside delivery fees and White Glove fees, are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized in advance. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    Certain brands have specific return policies, and some items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items include all Journey Health products, Golden Technologies lift chairs, and all Discover My Mobility products, unless the product is defective.

      Return Shipping

      Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

      Exchanges
